# Notifications

> Stay on top of new leads with in-app notifications and optional email alerts.

ProBot tells you when something needs your attention - today, that's a new captured lead.

## In-app notifications

A bell in the dashboard top bar shows an unread count. Each notification links straight to the lead it's about. Open the bell to read and mark them as read.

## Email alerts (opt-in)

You can also get an email whenever a new lead is captured. Toggle **"Email me on new leads"** in the notification panel. Emails are best-effort - a delivery hiccup never blocks the lead from being saved.

## What triggers a notification

## Terms & privacy changes

Separately, a dismissible banner appears in the dashboard when our Terms or Privacy policy changes, so you're always aware of the latest version.
