ProBot logs every conversation (anonymously) and captures recruiter details so you can follow up. All of it lives in your dashboard.

Dashboard metrics

The dashboard home shows live tiles:
  • Total conversations - with a live week-over-week change.
  • Total messages - with a live week-over-week change.
  • Leads captured - with a live month-over-month change.
The change figures are real (current period vs. the prior period), coloured green for up and red for down. A daily activity chart shows conversation volume over the last 7 days.
Conversations are logged anonymously; the only personal data captured is what a recruiter voluntarily submits in the lead form.

How leads are captured

After a few exchanges, an in-chat form invites the recruiter to leave their details:
  • Name (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Company (required)
  • LinkedIn URL (optional)
On submit, the lead is saved, the conversation is tagged with their email, and you get a dashboard notification (and an email, if you opted in).

Managing leads

Open Leads for a bot to see captured details, jump to the originating conversation, and export everything to CSV (columns: captured_at, name, email, company, linkedin_url, bot_name, context_summary, conversation_id).

Conversations

Open Conversations to browse anonymized chat transcripts per bot - useful for spotting common recruiter questions and improving your knowledge base.

Retention

Conversations and leads are kept until you delete the bot or your account - there’s no automatic time-based purge. Deleting your account removes everything after the 7-day grace window. See Export & delete your account.
