In-app notifications
A bell in the dashboard top bar shows an unread count. Each notification links straight to the lead it’s about. Open the bell to read and mark them as read.Email alerts (opt-in)
You can also get an email whenever a new lead is captured. Toggle “Email me on new leads” in the notification panel. Emails are best-effort - a delivery hiccup never blocks the lead from being saved.What triggers a notification
