Set it in Settings → Bot configuration. Presets range from crisp and professional to warm and conversational. Pick the one that matches how you’d want to come across to a recruiter.

  • Match the personality to your industry: “professional” reads well for finance/consulting; a warmer tone suits creative roles.
  • Keep custom instructions short and declarative; let the personality carry the voice.
  • Preview changes against your bot’s private URL before publishing.
